It's just lovely. Amazing, amazing job!! What type of pencils did you use?
I think that the smoothness of the skin is great-very realistic. Also, the subtle changing shade in the background is nice.
A little critique? Their are a few hard lines where it should be softer, like on the outlines of her hand and shirt. Remember- everything that you see in a photograph is a gradation of shading, you never see hard lines. Perhaps her shirt is a little flat looking, and I think the addition of a few wrinkles would fix that.
Overall, really gorgeous job, darling.
